It was cold outside, but that didn’t stop the fun for our 2013 girls who claimed another tournament championship at the 2023 John Talley Showcase. The girls went 3-0 scoring 17 goals and allowing 4. Coach Metzger has them playing well together and they continue to work hard and improve their game. The 2013 girls are enjoying the last of 7v7 competition this spring. They will advance to U11 and play 9v9 next year. The field will be bigger and the tactics will get more advanced. I know these girls are excited and ready to move up. don’t grow up too fast, though! Enjoy every step along the way.
